Cancellation of Orders and Returns
In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your Order for up to 7 days after the day of delivery.
In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 7 day period.
A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the Goods will be made within 7 days of your cancellation. If you have paid for the price of the Goods by credit or debit card, your credit or debit card account will be re-credited as soon as possible and in any event within the above 7 day period.
If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense by recorded delivery within 30 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage.

Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Customers will be contacted if there order cannot be dealt with within this time frame. If for whatever reason the Goods which you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery of Goods will be to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.
Standard rate delivery starts from £3.00 on all products on the website.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery via Royal Mail is usually very reliable and arrives within 1-3 working days after despatch. However, this service can take up to 7 working days before we can acknowledge an order as missing. If after this period your order has not arrived please contact us as soon as possible.
It is important to remember many of the items we sell will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally the Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.
Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
You should examine the Goods upon your receipt of them. If the Goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us at The Shaver Shack within seven working days of your receipt of the Goods. We will provide you with full return details of which the cost will be covered by the customer. Upon return of the faulty product we will, as appropriate, repair and return the Goods to you or deliver replacement goods to you.
